Volunteers! More and more, you see volunteers providing their effort and time around Mountain Pines Estates, making it a better place. For example,

• Jim Peller, owner of unit #5, who is painting areas of his own deck (himself) with paint provided by MPE. We sometimes have leftovers from painting buildings.
  
  
• Gary Carver, our newest Board member (Vice President & fulfilling the architectural coordinator role), who recently painted the MPE sign on Buck Springs/Mark Twain to refreshing, representative colors of our mountain environment.

• Jack Wagner, the MPE maintenance coordinator, who is not swinging a golf club (he’s a golf instructor) but a cy on some of those weeds cropping up around the area.
  
  
• Charles Mangino, unit # 71,  helping out by pulling those “persistent” weeds around the development.
